Florida permit record coverage and sources
Florida Permit Records uses a collected Florida snapshot and connected public agency sources. Statewide jurisdiction listings identify counties and municipalities; a listing is not a claim that every jurisdiction has a connected permit feed.
Public sources, with limits
The collected snapshot includes Florida DBPR and Miami-Dade permit evidence. Connected lookups include supported agency permit, parcel and license sources. The in-app coverage directory lists the current connected sources and their scope; source availability can change.
County and city records are separate
An address may fall within a municipality whose building department maintains its own records. County data does not automatically include all municipal permits. Historical layers and recent-permit feeds have different date ranges.
Freshness and missing information
Each available source is identified with its retrieval or publication context. Public-source errors are shown rather than silently replaced with mock records. A snapshot is not a continuously updated full history. Portal-only sources are excluded.
